Which is it Portland area or Seattle area?  We're are you from?

Seattle has been moving more to the right, at least some of the people are waking up!  But Portland is in total collapse.

I am some what familiar with Portland, lived in Vancouver on the Columbia River for about 10 years.  Left about 12 years ago.   Went back to visit and my credit card was stolen at a restaurant, and I got mugged, all in a couple of days.   Most people I know have now left town or live outside the city in a gated community.  Will not go back!

So which is it, what North West shit hole do you live in?
