Donald Trump Jr., the ex-president’s son, texted White House chief of staff Mark Meadows begging to get his dad to make a national address to halt the Jan. 6 insurrection, according to a meeting of the House Jan. 6 committee on Monday. Just out. This is bad. Very bad. Trump was asked to make a speech to stop it and he did nothing.

Bladeslap here you post a lie. "He did nothing ". That is a lie! Trump did in fact make a request for the protesters to go home. At the time he was criticized because it was 187 minutes late, but no explanation of when the 187 minutes started. Bladeslap, you even posted criticism that he waited to long, now you change your story line to "he did nothing" , it is all just fake news and lies. |

It's also an example of why he's desperately trying to keep it from coming out. Let's get everything out on the table and then let's judge what it means. Funny how you're all for the program of getting everything out when it comes to the election, but not when it comes to Jan 6. WHY is this commission not bipartisan? that kind of makes all findings in question. WHY are the findings of the FBI discounted? WHY are they not looking into the reasons for the protest? WHY if it was an insurrection have NO ONE charged with an insurrection? WHY isn't the shooting of Ashli not being investigated? WHY are they not looking into the FBI involvement? WHY are they not releasing all of the videos? Hay! I can go on, but that is enough to show it is just one more political witch hunt. |

WHY is this commission not bipartisan? that kind of makes all findings in question. Perhaps the investigation is intended to discover facts without starting with old allegations.
WHY are the findings of the FBI discounted? Perhaps the FBI is controlled by political appointees?
WHY are they not looking into the reasons for the protest? What reason validates the attack of the Congress and the election process?
WHY if it was an insurrection have NO ONE charged with an insurrection? Insurrection is hard to document and subject to interpretation. Physical attacks, trespass, etc. are much easier.
WHY isn't the shooting of Ashli not being investigated? Because she was shot by an officer in the performance of his duties. It's on tape.
WHY are they not looking into the FBI involvement? What about the martians?
WHY are they not releasing all of the videos? Who are you askin here? I can speculate, so why don't I? |
