As usual Old guy, you haven't done your homework. These texts were released from the January 6th committee and are actually factual, not opinion.

Yes, mutliple republicans were texting, begging Trump to make a statement to stop what was going on.

And when you realize you're wrong once again, you are going to deflect and find another topic.

Because if they understood what was presented, they should have come to the conclusion that the facts show:

The whitehouse staff was concerned about the protest as the protest developed.  They texted each other with their concerns, even know they had little power over the event, but they wanted to try, requesting something to be tried.  Trump made the attempt and requested the protesters to go home.

Those are the facts!  Even by in your posts, those are the facts!

They were released to the public from the Committee.

The people who wrote the texts have confirmed they wrote them (Meadows, Jim Jordan). The only inaccuracy we are aware of now is the committeee acidentally put a period somewhere in between a text message of Jim Jordan, for which it was caught and corrected.

The texts are real and part of evidence, old guy. So, appreciate you stop spreading your misinformation campaign

Trump's base of approval is firm in the low forty percent range. Considering that he was elected with 46.1% of the popular vote and scored a very small improvement in the 2020 election as an incumbent-46.9%, I don't think you have any hope of seeing him inthe Oval Office without an active, armed insurrection. He failed in that effort on January 6 as a sitting president, before being impeached twice and well before the criminal investigations started.

Trump was an outsider he managed a successful 2016 campaign. But the country and the voters know him now after he mismanged, denied and diminished the novel coronavirus pandemic, killing hundreds of thousands of Americans, setting record unemployment numbers and causing the sharpest economic contraction since the Great Depression.

Looks to me like a Trump Slump after the Trump Flu and the the 2020 recession... at least according to Gallup: 

Every single poll that ever existed shows Trump is and was rated as the worst president ever. 

And since you seem to look at polls a lot, you should take note that the historians polls that rank each president show Trump 2nd to last.
