You have become ridiculous in your attacking Trump.

You posted that Mazars said Trump lied, that is a lie!  Mazars did not say that!

I pointed out you lied.  And then you have responded with all kinds of crap, most of us don't care about, because it is just one more over zealous liberal trying to make a Hate Trump statement.  Now I have read a lot about this and have come to the conclusion that this investigation is a total waste of money and time.  Let me explain why.

1.  The biggest reason, nobody is pursuing this but some liberal in NY.  The Banks aren't, they haven't had any loss to recover.  The IRS has audited his taxes, they don't have any issues, the Department of Justce investigated this and they had no issues.  It comes down to a liberal that promised she would get Trump.

2.  Issues have come down to values.  Like I posted before the only true value is when a qualified buyer is willing to pay.  That is the true value, the rest of it is just a educated guess.  Basically Trump could be just as correct as anyone else.   My guess is his values were high, but I do not understand why that would be a big issue when the Banks that made the loans also conducted appraisals.  The loan to value numbers are not discussed in any of the reports, is it still fraud if Trump says it's worth 100 mil and the Bank only loans 80 Mil.

2.  If a Bank made a fraudulent loan, then the the Banks show be under investigation, I have not heard that they are.

3.  Mazars statement claimed Trumps companies over paid taxes, and has a refund coming.  Kind of hard to believe he files fraudulent taxes and then pays to much.

4.  The documents that supposed fraudulent clams were made on, are not completely identified.  Even the NY attorneys report claimed errors made in Forbes Financial reports, those are not legal documents.  It is possible that Trumps values were added to official reports, but nobody has identified any.  Or have they identified any injured party.

5.  Every thing I have read from the left, including you, does not explain the full story.  the clam he over stated sq. Ft in the Trump tower.  Are you sure, he has an apartment,  his company offices are there,  a bar, restaurants and stores.  How was common area (that he owns) figured.  What and how much was reported that he owned, it could be 30,000 sq. ft., or it could be broken out into different sections of the report, not one of the reports make it clear what is reported and on what document.

6.  Yes! he could be guilty of fraudulent information on some illegal report, but It needs to be proven. But you have displayed your total disrespect for our constitution and of course our Bill of Rights.  Votes that are not constitutional are not real votes to count and Trump is innocent until proven guilty.

If you were going to accuse me of something, make sure you read what I posted because you do this quite often you either forget what I post or you distort with a post. Here is what I posted

I said they "basically" said he lied - you are having an emotional meltdown and have not even really understood what I said. in fact you are hyper focusing on something I never said so who is the one who is being dishonest here, old guy? Is it that you were purposely lying or just have a bad memory?

"Basically" is essentially saying it was paraphrasing what they are saying. Trump has been lying for years about his assets among other things. So save your misdirection and gaslighting for someone else. The fact that you still support trump after all the shit he has spewed, the damage he has done to this country, the lies he has told people, the people he has defrauded, and you were trying to make excuses by nitpicking things I said.

I don't know if you're naïve or purposely lying. Which one is it?

Your statement about the IRS auditing his taxes. Do you have any clue how those things work? Do you think they go in and actually do an evaluation of the square footage of his properties? Do you think anybody is actually looking at the assets he put up to secure a loan? No! You have no clue how asset-based lending works.

Once you are again proven wrong you're going to watch on to something else. Maybe a comma  that I missed in a sentence Or that I was off by one or two days and some statement I made. Because that's all you had to go on.

The proof that you really don't care about the truth is that you are making up hypothessee about Why Trump did nothing wrong and you don't even have the facts.

there is both a civil and criminal investigation into him in New York alone. This does not include the riders who are suing him, the September 6 committee going after him, and George are going after him.

It will take him being behind bars for you to maybe realize how crooked he is and even then I think you'll still be in disbelief

Really, most of the post.  But the BIG AND MOST OBVIOUS,  even to you should know this to be false and made up.

Bladeslap posted "Do you think anyone actually looking at his assets he put up to secure a loan?  You have no clue how how assets-based lending works"

Crow have you ever purchased anything major?  If yes, then you know that statement is made up, not true and wrong.

much of the rest of hois post is made up.

Words matter when statements are made.  Bladeslap lied because Mazars never said Trump lied, and again he basically lied when when he posted "don't trust any financial statements ", Mazars never used the word financial statements!

Then the first post in this tread has 6 points that I make, showing why this investigation is a waste of money and time.  I don't see anywhere that those points are really addressed.

Have I ever pledged property as security against a loan?

Ever financed a car? You pledged your property as security.

Do you have a mortgage? You pledged your property as security.

I have also pledged rental property for investment funds.

Those are 'liens' against property that you otherwise own. Your statements of values make you legally culpable if you intentionally do not represent the facts.

Trump has described that apartment in different sizes and values. He's a very "stable genius" who apparently doesn't know the size or value of the apartment, so pick one statement to describe this: He's stupid; He's crazy. Given that he's a serial liar and supposedly very knowledgeable of New York property values, it is reasonable to believe that he didn't care whether his statements were factual or not, as long as they achieved his intent.

Here's the first page(s) of the Mazars letter. Decide for yourself what they mean when they state "... we believe our advice to you to no longer rely upon those financial statements is appropriate." I believe that the fact that Mazars was very familiar with Trump, his statements describing his properties, are minimizing or  as completely as possible advising that Trump can not be relied on for accurate legal statements describing his properties. He's dishonest, or crazy or ignorant of his business. You decide which you believe is accurate. Your decision acknowledges that Trump committed tax, insurance and/or bank fraud.

Re: Statement of Financial Condition for Donald J. Trump - 2011-2020
Dear Alan,
We write to advise that the Statements of Financial Condition for Donald J. Trump for the years
ending June 30, 2011 - June 30, 2020, should no longer be relied upon and you should inform
any recipients thereof who are currently relying upon one or more of those documents that
those documents should not be relied upon.
We have come to this conclusion based, in part, upon the filings made by the New York
Attorney General on January 18, 2022, our own investigation, and information received from
internal and external sources. While we have not concluded that the various financial
statements, as a whole, contain material discrepancies, based upon the totality of the
circumstances, we believe our advice to you to no longer rely upon those financial statements
is appropriate.
As we have stated in the Statements of Financial Condition, Mazars performed its work in
accordance with professional standards. A subsequent review of those workpapers confirms
this.
Due in part to our decision regarding the financial statements, as well as the totality of the
circumstances, we have also reached the point such that there is a non-waivable conflict of
interest with the Trump Organization. As a result, we are not able to provide any new work
product to the Trump Organization.
As of this writing, there are only a limited number of tax returns that still remain to be filed,
including those of Donald J. Trump and Melania Trump. We will be providing you a list of
those returns and their status towards completion separately.
The due date to file those returns is February 15, 2022. We believe the only information left to
complete those returns is the information regarding the Matt Calimari Jr. apartment. As you
know, Donald Bender has been asking for this information for several months but has not
received it. Once that information is provided to your new tax preparers, the returns can be

Trump is and has been a sociopath and amoral.

Trumpists are hypocrites. You attack Biden for sniffing and stroking a girl's hair and pretend there are no reasonable suspicions reulting from Trump's partying with Epstein, and pretend that his raping of his first wife and his subsequent sexual aggressions did not happen.

This report is typical of Trump's attitude towards cultural mores, laws and rules. Another reason for Trump opponents to remain vigorous, active in their attempts to limit a would be auto-crat's actions.

Accountants say Trump Org. withheld information on an apartment owned by a top exec amid investigation into tax-free perks

  • Trump's longtime accountants cut him off Monday, saying his financial declarations were unreliable.
  • It also said it hadn't received information about an apartment owned by Trump Org. security chief Matthew Calamari Jr.
  • He was asked to testify in the Manhattan DA's investigation into whether Trump Org. gave tax-free perks.
  • The accounting firm Mazars USA said the Trump Organization dragged its feet in providing tax information about an apartment owned by Matthew Calamari Jr., the company's security chief.

The detail was mentioned in a letter from Mazars USA, former President Donald Trump's longtime accountants, that said it would no longer do business with the Trump Organization and that ten years of his financial statements were unreliable.

The letter was filed as part of New York Attorney General Letitia James' investigation into possible financial malpractice at the Trump Organization. The Manhattan district attorney's office is conducting a parallel criminal inquiry into possible tax fraud at the company.

Calamari Jr. is the head of security at the Trump Organization and the son of Matthew Calamari, the Trump Organization's COO. The attorney representing the pair told Insider last June that he did not expect either to face criminal charges as part of the Manhattan district attorney's inquiry.

According to Mazars, the company was unable to complete Trump's tax filings because financial information about the Calamari Jr.'s apartment had not been provided.

"We believe the only information left to complete those returns is the information regarding the Matt Calimari Jr. [sic] apartment," Mazars executive William J. Kelly wrote in the letter.

"As you know, Donald Bender [Trump's accountant] has been asking for this information for several months but has not received it."

Neither the Mazars letter nor Attorney General James specified exactly what information was needed from Calamari Jr. and how, if at all, the missing information might link to the ongoing tax-fraud investigation.

Calamari Jr. was called to testify before a grand jury last September as part of the Manhattan district attorney's investigation into how the Trump Organization may have broken tax laws by handing out valuable fringe benefits, like apartments and cars, to employees.

He received immunity from criminal prosecution for testifying, The Daily Beast reported.

Nicholas Gravante, an attorney representing the Calamaris, told Insider that his client did not know why the information requested by the accountants had not been provided.

"If there has been a delay, he has no idea why. He was given immunity and provided everything asked of him," Gravante said. "His tax returns for all of the years in question were 100% accurate in all respects. Their accuracy has been verified by tax and accounting experts."

The Trump Organization did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment.

Mazars noted in its letter that the financial statements it declared invalid did not contain material discrepancies, but "we believe our advice to you to no longer rely upon those financial statements is appropriate."

The Trump Organization said on Monday that the lack of material discrepancies suggests the investigations by the New York attorney general and Manhattan district attorney were invalid.

"Mazars' work was performed in accordance with all applicable accounting standards and principles and that such statements of financial condition do not contain any material discrepancies. This confirmation effectively renders the investigations by the DA and AG moot," the Trump Organization said.

Trump has long denied any wrongdoing and claimed the two investigations were politically motivated.

Old guy,

You are trying desperately trying to mince words to escape the fact that Mazars said "You cannot rely on the statements"

Somewhere in that soul of yours, I wonder if you believe what you are typing.

Mazars said no one should rely on the statements we put out in the last 10 years.

That means they cannot be trusted.

This administration is completely out of their minds and over their heads. They have no idea what they are doing.

God help us when these worldwide attacks start.

"Try defending that dementia ridden moron you voted for."

There are reasons to doubt Trump's mentation, awareness of reality.

At least he's not actively attacking the Constitution, the fundamental document of America.

"Now that will be an interesting topic to discuss. Even you guys can't be happy with what he has done to this country in such a short time."

Not 'happy'. Relieved is more like it. Biden ain't perfect but he's not a criminal.
