This is just political theater You minimze the fact that it was the New York Supreme Court? If requested by the charging state, US states and territories must extradite anyone charged with a felony, misdemeanor, or even petty offense in another US state or territory, even if the offense is not a crime in the custodial state.
I wonder if New york has ever requested arrest and extradition from Florida? Answer: YES. You call it political theater and you endorse the orange clown's poltical theater? Trump has enough money to delay that arrest forever. In the meantime, he's fugitive. That shoould stick in your 'law and order' conservative Republican craw. |
