They could go to the website and look it up, there they would get a information on what it is and it would say something like "Ridiculous nonsense spread on the internet by the Extreme Right in America, it is not true".

You think allowing Americans to be informed about what's true and what's false in our society is scary? I think it's a great tool for those who need it, sure it would be better if Americans just kept themselves informed and something like this wasn't needed, but it is what it is.
