Why Trump will not be charged!

If charged the chances that Trump will be convicted of any crime are slim to none!

That is why no charges are even being filed, just political BS.  if There was evidence Trump did something, the charges would have already been filed!

If charges are filed they would have to find a jury with no one from the right, possible in DC, but that's a huge risk, when the evidence is all questionable and developed from a kangaroo commission!

If they file charges and lose they will receive the ridicule from everyone, proving how ridiculous this is in the first place.

If they file charges and lose they will only embolden Trump and his followers.

These are just a few of the reasons charges will not be filed against Trump and of course the big one,

"He is not guilty!"

Only time will tell if he's ever charged with crimes, we shall see. 

He attempted to overthrow the government of the United States, that is simply unacceptable... 

Trump might be indicted in Georgia. That won't happen anywhere else, partly because of the threat of his followers' making a violent response.

While I was in Vietnam, my hometown in Georgia had a race riot. The National Guard was called out to support law enforcement. They brought their APCs as the mob had shooters. When the APC took some fire from the mob, the Guard tuned up one of the APC's heavy machine guns, chopping up some sidewalk. No more shooting at the law enforcement.

Is America ruled by mob violence or is it run by law? Y'all extreme right wing nationalists keep talking about the people rising to overthrow the 'liberal regime'. I think you should start here in Georgia...

If there was evidence sufficient to find Trump guilty of anything, he would have been charged by now.

It is true that it appears there are more anti-Trumper republicans in Georgia, but that does not imply in any way they will charge him will a crime that a court would find him guilty of.

You need to take a realistic view of these issues.  Sure Trump could have said things that are twisted to the worst possible meaning.  But the left has done much worse and not a word.  Just recently Biden supported the protesting outside Justices homes, even a attempt to kill one.  Totally against the law!  Where is your outrage over Biden trying to destroy our system of government!  A realistic view would consider Biden's words much worst than Trumps.

His call to Georgia election officials to attempt a conspiracy to corrupt the election has been made public. If it was illegal, criminal, those facts will stand on their own merit.  That is what is happening and that is what you object to?

Again, you don't have a clue. Eveidence is coming out as we speak. The hearings are not even half-way done yet. The DOJ is already getting involved. Things don't happen overnight. No one knows whether he will be chargd, but many people, both on the right and left are pretty convinced he commited not one, but multiple crimes.
