Please tell me why did he sell a million barrels of oil from our US Strategic-Petroleum Reserves to a China-gas Company? Which one is it? 1. Because he lied about oil from our reserves being used to increase our supply. 2. Because he is just helping out Hunter, who is part of that Chinese oil company. 3.
