He thought he was aboce the law.

He was under indictment for the trump wall funraising scam awaiting trial, and of course, Trump pardoned him at the last minute. 

This time, his arrogance is going to get him in a jail cell.

Trump next?

I would say that he won.  I an attempt of the committee to smear Trump, Bannon won.

We all know he would be found guilty, with a liberal judge and jury in DC.

Other republicans have done the same thing and not charged, kind of proves the committee is not about the truth, just trying to smear Trump.

It is just a misdemeanor charge, so no big deal.

Refusing a congressional subpoena is a crime. If we are a country with no laws, and laws that are not enforced, then we may as well go into anarchy.

And if it needs to be appealed to a higher court that is not based he should win In the end.  Did you know the one witness and the prosecutor have  a 15 year relationship?
