Republicans and democrats alike are asking for the search warrant to be unsealed The DOJ said, Sure, we will release it... Trump is now saying he does not want to voluntarily release the contents of the search warrant... It was against this backdrop that observers from the left and the right encouraged Team Trump to simply make the voluntary disclosure, bringing key facts into the light. All of which led to, “No, we’re not releasing a copy of the warrant.” It’s the sort of thing that should, at least in theory, give Republicans scrambling to defend the former president pause. If Trump truly feels this was a baseless and warrantless search, and both sides are urging him to release it, why in God's name would he not want to release it? Pretty simple. He's guilty. |
