During the interview Bill Bar said this was a waste of time and there was going to be no charges on Trump.

All you are doing is posting crap from the fake news.

If you want to discuss politics then post some something political.

Why do you do this to yourself all the time Old guy? You either are not reading the entire article or listening to the entire speech or??

"If they clearly have the president moving stuff around and hiding stuff in his desk and telling people to dissemble with the government -- they may be inclined to bring the case".

You have it in black and white there - So take time before you chastise someone else and make sure you actually know what you're talking about ...

Any enforcement action will be taken based on obstruction of justice, not necessarily just taking the documents.

--------------

The Department of Justice, to have escalated the investigation to this point, “probably has pretty good evidence” of obstruction, Barr added.

He called Trump’s withholding of documents “foolish” and “inexplicable,” while raising doubts that the Department of Justice will move forward with charges for retention of classified material alone.

“Given the fact it’s a former president, given the state of the nation, and given the fact the government has gotten its documents back, does it really make sense to bring a case as a matter of prudential judgment? And that’s a question I think will turn on how clear the evidence of obstruction or deceit is. If they clearly have the president moving stuff around and hiding stuff in his desk and telling people to dissemble with the government — they may be inclined to bring the case.”

I know he said this was a waste of time!

I know he said "all of the stuff could have been declassified Trump!".

I know he said they probably will not charge him!

In your reference he says "they may be inclined to bring the case". Key word May!

and in your reference he says, " does it real make sense to bring a case"

Also he says ------"If they clearly have"-------So he does not know!!!!!

But you do, you are clearly a fool, that is even going to the extreme of censoring points of view!

You need to relax and review the facts ... are you capable of that? You seem awfully emotional about this (I would be if I was a trump supporter in your shoes)

Here are the facts ... And please try to dispute them:

1. Top Secret Documents were found at his house even when his lawyers said there were no classified documents reiaming

2. The FBI, via a Grand Jury Subpoena, put a special secure lock to secure all the documents in one area of the house

3. There were documents moved outside of the secure area

4. There were multiple classified documents folders Empty and as of now, we don't know whereabouts

5. The Search warrant referenced that they are investigating him for obstruction of justice (for moving the documents outside of the secure area

6. He was not legally authorized to have any of those documents in his possession

7. He has dropped the line "I declassified all these documents" - Nowhere in the filings have I seen that his lawyers asserted that he declassified - Further, No, Trump didn’t declassify everything; it’s barred by the Nixon tapes decision | The Hill

Old guy .. .Seriously .. .let's bury the hatchet here. Trump's not all bad ... he did some good ... but this time ... he really messed up. I hope you can see that?

Even if your list was true ( most of it not), it Does not meet the needed rules to charge him.

1.  So far there are NO REPUBLICANS that support what is going on-----so it does not meet the Nixon rule, must have support from both parties.

2.  If true it still does not come close to what Hillary did!-----so it does not meet the Clinton rule that inorder to charge Trump it must be more than what the Clinton's did.

Are you aware that it is rumored that classified documents are at Obama's home, waiting for his library to be built.  When are they gong to raid his house?

First, there is no "Nixon Rule" that goes into play here -

This is the department of Justice and if a crime has been committed, they will prosecute

Old guy, this is yoru chance

Point out which items on the list are untrue ... Let's discuss them

the Nixon only makes common sense.  If you do not have support from both sides, you only look biased and will get no place.  The last 6 years should have proven that to you.

The list.

1.  No classified documents were at the house.  Even Barr said all Trump had to do was pass his hand over and claim they are declassified.  Trump is innocent untill proven guilty, good luck with that.

2.  Trump put on the lock ot the FBI, the FBI had requested It.  What? is he guilty of lock installation.  By the way, if the FBI required the lock, then at one time they had no issue with the location.

3.  Documents outside the secure area, you are joking, right!  The FBI put them on the flor to take the picture.  Even if some documents were on his desk, it is not a violation of anything, they are ot classified.

4.  Empty folders, that had classified on them, again are you joking.  Do you work at a desk?  How many empty folders do you have that are labeled with something not used anymore.  Most all people I know use them as spare folders.

5.  Obstruction of Justice, again one more joke.  What a day dream, destroying documents, taking a hammer to the data storeage,  or wiping the hard drive clean is obstruction of justce, not having it in your desk. (And no proof of that). Don't confuse this with Hillary.

6.  You are correct 1 out of 7.  But then Obama's and Biden's documents are in their possession, stored utill the library is built.

7.  He has not dropped the line "I declassified all these documents ".  He said it again in a speech on the 4th.

Bladeslap......seriously none of this should have happened.  This is all political, taking place just before the mid-terms.  Both the FBI and DOJ are now working as a political arm of the White House.  This will go down as some of the worst years ever for the US, if the country can survive this total breakdown of proper law and order, and failure of democracy.

You need to simmer it down.

All the points made and more are true. Theyre all public. Rather than just saying 'they not true' point out whats not. My vantage point? You're in a corner and have nowhere to run. Defend yourself or run. What you're doing is cowering.

Ignore Trump's massive breach of document security and encourage others to do it- guaranteed publicity. TrumpeRINO frog boys talk big patriotism game but don't walk the walk they talk.

Security protocols exist for a reason and Trump's blatant violation is exactly the reason.

Where are the contents of the emty folders?

Who did he share the contents of any folder with? Why?

I know we all do it, but it does not get us anywhere.

you know that none of what you posted has been verified, only printed from fake news outlets.

This big part of this story is the political actions from the FBI and DOJ.  That should worry all of us.

Americans should be comforted by the fact that a rich, powerful and vindictive former POTUS is subject to the same law as all Americans. There's no asset forfeiture in Trump's future, is there?
