Biden signed into law that will help seniors pay far less for prescrition drugs - Also, 13 million people will pay on average 800 a year less for their insurance. You're welcome Old Guy |

I hate to keep bring up Trump, but in many cases his policies were awesome. Trump had already required all drugs to be sold at the same price all over the world. Awesome deal, this would be a price for everybody, not just Medicare. The marketplace price would be set by the marketplace, not the government, the way it should be in a free enterpris. Biden rejected this in his first week, for a bigger socialist type of system. No he did not help American Citizens by doing this. Uner his plan the government will negotiate new prices, good luck with that. No prices have gone anywhere but up. 13 million people will have their insurance subsidized by American tav payers. And that is a big help? How? Try posting something that really helped the citizens. |

Trump promised he would allow medicare to negotiate with drug manufacturers for prices.. Guess what? It never happened...IT was a campaign promise - Trump tried the most favored nation price thing... he tried by executive order because he was barely if ever able to pass anything by consensus...He was not able to get sides to work together. That's how Trump operated. He thought he could do anything by th Biden passed the first legistlation in decades that will lowed the prescription cost for Medicare by allowing negotiation.

Biden canceled that executive order. It was a real screwup, now Biden's drug policy will not create lower drug prices for all. 1. still allows huge price difference for the same drug. 2. only negotiates for drug prices in Medicare, does not lower the price for the common insured person. 3. Has no real power to lower prices, it is just the government doing the negotiating with businesses, good luck with that. 4. If the prices do drop for Medicare, then the prices for the rest of us will go up to make up the difference. 5. Only you useful idiots would think that any of this will work. useful idiot
