I think every American can agree that Joe Biden is not capable of carrying out his duties as POTUS. It's very apparent he has deteriorated even more since taking office. It's very difficult to even watch and listen at times. He clearly doesn't know what's going on around him.

I didn't think there would be anyone that was more challenged to perform their duties until I saw Fetterman.

It's hard to watch, I truly feel sorry for the man. He wouldn't pass a cognisence test if he were given half the answers.

My opinion is that anyone campaigning for a political position should be tested first. There's no reason to waste time and money on a candidate that is clearly unable to serve the people.

That being said, I think Dr OZ has already won in PA, simply because Fetterman appeared at the dabate.

The fracking question was enough to shut this show down. PA win ensures republican control in the senate.
