What about campaign spending ( outta state influences) ballot harvesting, blue state gerrymandering,

Trump never recieved a majority in either election: 46.1% in 2016 and 46.9% in 2020. Shoot, Hillary whipped him in 2016 in the popular ballot- 48.2% to Trump's 46.1%. Donald Trump had the superior political machine.

Trump has been irrelevant as a future political figure for some time now--

and the truth is, a majority of American are "Election Deniers" because they ARE smarter than they seem.

There are many reasons to beleve something is true, ranging from intuition and common sense

to empirical, legally admissible, facts.

and in any legal battle, the opposing sides promote their legal THEORIES

to be settled by a judges decision.. which we both know may not be the TRuTh.
