This ranting about COVID and Trump has become your mainstay of Life.

The problem with it is NO real truth in what you post.  "The Lancet" really!

At least pay attention to some real facts, before your head explodes!

Did you know that COVID-19 is not even on the list as one of the most 10 deadly viruses.

Looking at data, it appears that only big goverment nations got hit hard.   Many 3rd world countries with NO mandates, NO vaccines and NO masks faired much better.  And their economies were not crushed.

Studies now have shown us things like, the masks were not that effective, vaccines didn't stop the virus, and mandates have hurt our education and economy.

There is a huge difference in recovery from states depending on how they conformed with federal guidelines.

Red states recovered much quicker, I. remember when Idaho and Utah returned to full employment and NJ was still over 7% unemployment.

Your constant rambling about Trump, is just made up BS from people that have  TDS.

the truth about how poorly the virus was managed has a lot more to do about a incompetent government, state and federal, than about Trump.

This ranting about COVID and Trump has become your mainstay of Life.

Trump admits minimizing the threat of COVID-19 to Americans 'to avoid panic'. I don't recall him mentioning the elephant in the room- he was campaigning for reelection and didn't want his earlier mistaken positions and the very real and mishandled threat to America to be emphasised.

The sharpest contraction to the American economy since the Great Depression should be analyzed, discussed and the lesson learned. Those directly responsible for mistakes should be held to blame:

May 2018

The Trump Administration disbands the White House pandemic response team.

July 2019

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) epidemiologist embedded in China’s disease control agency left the post, and the Trump Administration eliminated the role.

Oct. 2019

“Currently, there are insufficient funding sources designated for the federal government to use in response to a severe influenza pandemic.”

Jan. 22, 2020

“We have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China. It’s going to be just fine.”

Jan. 24, 2020

Trump praises China’s handling of the coronavirus: “China has been working very hard to contain the Coronavirus. The United States greatly appreciates their efforts and transparency. It will all work out well. In particular, on behalf of the American People, I want to thank President Xi!”

Jan. 28, 2020

“This will be the biggest national security threat you face in your presidency...This is going to be the roughest thing you face" Trump’s National Security Advisor to Trump

Jan. 30, 2020

"The lack of immune protection or an existing cure or vaccine would leave Americans defenseless in the case of a full-blown coronavirus outbreak on US soil,...This lack of protection elevates the risk of the coronavirus evolving into a full-blown pandemic, imperiling the lives of millions of Americans.” [Memo from Trump Trade Advisor Peter Navarro]

Feb. 2, 2020

“We pretty much shut it down coming in from China.”

Feb. 7, 2020

“It’s also more deadly than even your strenuous flu... This is deadly stuff” [Trump in a private interview with Bob Woodward from The Washington Post made public on Sept. 9, 2020]

Feb. 10, 2020

“I think the virus is going to be—it’s going to be fine.”

Feb. 10, 2020

“Looks like by April, you know in theory when it gets a little warmer, it miraculously goes away.”

Feb. 24, 2020

“The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA… the Stock Market starting to look very good to me!”

Feb. 25, 2020

“CDC and my Administration are doing a GREAT job of handling Coronavirus.”

Feb. 25, 2020

“I think that's a problem that’s going to go away… They have studied it. They know very much. In fact, we’re very close to a vaccine.”

Feb. 26, 2020

“The 15 (cases in the US) within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero.”

Feb. 26, 2020

“We're going very substantially down, not up.”

Feb. 26, 2020

“Well, we're testing everybody that we need to test. And we're finding very little problem. Very little problem.”

Feb. 26, 2020

"This is a flu. This is like a flu."

Feb. 27, 2020

“It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”

In addition to the sharpest economic contraction since the Great Depression, America set a new record for unemployment. Consider 2020's drop in GDP as a result of the economic impact of Trump dismissing, delaying and minimizing the danger the pandemic presented America and Americans:

Before Trump failed so drastically in 2020, I could have voted to reelect him based on a fairly stable ecconomy- especially considering that I believe Democrats lean dangerously toward counterproductive social policies.

Trump elected Biden, pure and simple. He reinforced Biden's image as a moderate, slightly left of center Democrat and a reconciler, a compromiser and a more positive leader. Very little since his election has made me second-guess his election while Trump has become an extreme figure, moving into QAnon cloud-cuckoo land. Example- hios claim that the American election system is unreliable, so he presents two options that are equally irratiional and contrary to his position: I should vote fote for him (but the system is rigged, so he's gonna rig it in his favor?) or he should stage a coup and assume an autocratic office...

The man is a liar, a cheat and a thief- not unusual in a politican; and he's nucking futz.
