All or nothing thinking is a common cognitive distortion that involves viewing the world as a binary. It divides experiences into categories of either “black or white” and “right or wrong.” Maybe one day you'll develop the ability to not have binary thinking when a viewpoint does not agree with yours ... If we take your bullsh** and apply it to Trump, then since Trump has been caught in thousands of lies, you TOO should never believe his "Stop Teh Steal" I repeat, since Trump has lied so many times, your Binary Thinking should then automatically exclude anything he says as a lie because he has been caught in so many lies ...
