Suppose a politician proposed overturning the Constitution so that he could rule from the Oval Office in perpetuity, without elections or legal restrictions?

They may even try to start with Marshall law, suggest it at least, so that they can manipulate the vote count the way they want ... Not realizing the damage it would do to this country and our democratically elected members...

Even if the courts, 100% unanimously throw out any claim to voter fraud, and even the VP, DOJ, cabinet members, etc ... That person would still carry on ... Not because he has an actionable reason, but because

1. He wants to stay out of jail

2. His ego can't accept it
