There is no less suffering in this world today and there are no fewer problems. 

We keep thinking that "Happiness" is in more money, more power, more prosperity. 

What does this show? Happiness is not in material things. It's all in our mind ...

And think about which leaders are always telling you "There's a fire here, there's a fire there, we're not great anymore" ...

A great leader is one who points out our strengths and realizes that while (s)he cannot solve all our problems, we can collectively work towards greatness. 

The answer is not on division, hatred, greed ..
