Why would Mazars say "We have no found material evidence" ...

They were their firm. If they prepared it, adn did not ask for accompanying documention, then they are liable as well. So, they are trying to absolve themselves of liability with other lenders and institutions who may have used their financial statements as a basis for loans. 

They cannot and will not put in a public statement "Our financial statemetns are wrong", but based on their own internal investigation and other publicly available information, it's best not to rely on their statements. 

Wonder why they said that?
