Certainly all morality is relative. "Thou shalt not murder" for instance. I'll bet that you hold that position. But you will murder in war. The commandment is thus relative. As are all the Commandments, except in context to the situation.

I doubt all 'received' wisdom on principle. If God talks to you as I believe he does, then all the message would become erroneous when uttered in mere words.

Personally, I don't think the God most religions imagine exists at all. How could the limited human mind conceive of an omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent being?
