Biden took office Jan 20 2021, it only took Putin about 30 days to make up his mind that Biden was not incompetent. Biden froze the Ukraine military weapons on Mar. 17 2021. That shipment included 800 anti-aircraft systems and 9000 shoulder anti-armor missiles. The Russian Troop buildup started in March and April 2021, directly after Biden stop the military shipment. Biden proved right from the start that he had no backbone, Biden's blunder in Afghanistan was like icing on the cake for Putin.
Biden is responsible for this world crisis.
