Should I be able to get a "Powered Lift" add on .. simply because I THINK  I'm qualified

As a "dual rated" pilot, I recognize only two categories. 

isn't it discriminatory that Marines must fly Powered lift aircraft

and there are virtually zero commercial civilian versions To fly when they retire? 

V22s are a distinct discriminated Minority class and catagory.

(And we really don't need em.)

a C-17  is a virtual STOL airplane ..

even a humble King Air is faster than a V22!
