He scheme to get donations for "Stop the steal" may be deemed as fraud - Jack smith is investigating this.
If they prove Trump TRULY knew that he lost and he
1. Started a fundraising compaign based on completely false allegations that he knew were false
2. Instructed people to go to the capitol to protest
3. Did nothing to break up the riot for hours ...
He will, in my opinion, be held liable for many if not all of those...time will tell for sure
