"In Georgia the election officials illegally changed rules for signature verification and early opening of absentee ballot envelopes. First of all there was an agreement between Secretary of State Rad Raffensperger and the Democratic Party changing the requirements rejecting absentee ballots. (very few ballots rejected) This agreement is not disputed, it happened."
